Cory Erlandson is a counselor, breath work practitioner, relationship consultant and transformation specialist based out of Kamloops, British Columbia, where he lives fully as an individual, husband, father, dreamer and successful business owner. Over the past two decades, Cory has walked his talk; choosing courage over comfort, which has included letting go of a thriving excavation company to step into building Breath Integration Coaching and Training Centre. When he isn’t assisting others to live the life they love, he can be found building backyard ice rinks for his boys, Jack & Bo, running through the mountains, practicing yoga, or enjoying nature with family and friends at his cabin.
